Purple Cabbage
Slaw

Serves 6

½ head purple cabbage, shredded
¼ head green cabbage, shredded
½ cup red onions, sliced
½ cup red bell peppers, sliced
1 cup granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
¼ cup mint leaves
¼ cup cilantro leaves

Combine all prepared ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in dressing over slaw and allow to sit for 2 hours before serving.

Dressing

1 ½ cups Pace® Salsa Verde
2 1/2 cups olive oil
