Dubbed “the bad boy of cuisine” for his rock star look and blunt observations about the world of restaurants, chefs and cooking, Anthony Bourdain is not your typical celebrity chef. Bourdain is host of the Travel Channel series, No Reservations, and author of the bestseller, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly. There will be book signings with local authors and a portion of the proceeds will benefit a local literary organization. Reservations are $75 for individuals and table sponsorships are available.
